Yeah, I'm 21207. Mine blew in a winter storm leaving me stranded with no heat for 2.5 hours. Also my daily driver.

Same. Although it did end up shipping a week earlier than they predicted. Fuel pump should be in today so I should have it back next week. Should being the keyword.
The social media person on here referred me to a "customer service specialist", but that person has literally done nothing except repeat what my dealer already found.
I'm most likely going to flip it for a profit after this. It was my dream truck and now it's just another example of shitty...
Just a bit of an update. @Ford Motor Company has done literally nothing to help with the situation. My local dealer has been great. They diagnosed it and found a new engine in the first 24 hours. Now we are waiting on a fuel pump. You'd think Ford could help with that, but no.

I read about another case where the owner got his warranty extended to 100k miles. I will be asking for that also. Might as well go some reward points, too.
