I would not put on 2 as the lower numbers are higher rated. Move the lights far towards six as possible. On my raptor I tried to put a 3 pack in bumper on 6 and it blew fuse, so they ended up on 2 (4 lights total, 2 fogs are on 5) I think each group of 2 switches have different rating, 1,2...

You can relocate the top piece of winch according to Warn, but I think I'll wait for a install in bumper system from Aftermarket. I'd like something that offer good protection from Deer too as I had a deer almost total a rental with high front end repair costs these days.

The ford solution will always have the camera problem. To fix that get an aftermarket bumper that mounts the winch inside the bumper. Also mounting winch on top of bumper used to make my wrangler overheat because of the restricted air flow to radiator.
