High end traditional outdoor gear (oiled canvas jackets, etc). Good stuff. Perfect for those of us who still cast bamboo fly rods and shoot Greener side-by-sides!
A good quality onboard air compressor.
A Thule quality removeable rack. Need a ski box and fly rod vault.
Horizontal portion of the roof 1pc permanent. I don't intend to remove it.
Easily removable rear seats.
When the Ecoboost came out in the F150, it had been tested extensively. Except in day-long driving rain storms at highway speeds.
It took them 18 months to figure out the intercooler changes and update the product. By spring of 2012 they pretty much resolved it (though I still have a small...
Yeah. That became a 302 which smogged out to something pretty anemic after '73. Remember also, 200hp in 1966 equates to around 150 by today's measurement criteria. My '73 was around 140 to 150.
Still, it could handle four people and a tent trailer at highways speeds at about 14 to 15 mpg.
To be fair, the early Bronco had a "little bitch" 170 cu in 105hp engine. It did a nice job. Torquey and fine on the highway up to around 65. The next step up was a 302 at around 150hp. Our Bronco II was 140 hp. It did fine with four people towing a boat. Heck my '92 lightning 351W...
As a Ford truck owner for the last 40 years,I have confidence in their reliability. We do a fair amount of wilderness runs where breaking down is just not an option.
My current 3.5 EB rocks at high altitude where we live as well.
So, are we taking a big risk on this new manual transmission? The 6 spd Getrag in the Mustang doesn't seem to be faring well.

Looks like a composite sandwich to me. The foam is likely something much more structural/stable than styrofoam like carbon core or coosa board with a layer or two of GRP on each side. Likely eglass rather than carbon fiber cloth to minimize shrapnel (impact or lightning).
Resin choice will be...
I agree, my old '73 had a 302, rated at 200 hp (maybe 150 in modern terms), and it could tow 4 to 5000 pounds with alacrity at sea level. The new turbo 4 at our at our current altitude (9100') should be very good. 2.7 330hp even better.
The 3.5 EB 365hp in our 6600 pound supercrew is a...
That Bottom green is gettin' the juices flowin!
Here is my old '73, in 1980, as I was preparing to put on the Duff flares. Already, she had a rusted out tailgate, rusted door posts, quarters bad.
Love/hate relationship with those damned things. Ford sucked with corrosion prevention in...
