I dont know what ford did putting this thing together, but the front pass bolt was a crossthreaded mess. It ruined the bolt taking the nut off. Is this an available part? Does anyone know the PN? Ill call my dealer in the morning, but im really nervous about parts backorders....

Interesting. Looks like their fix is pretty close to the tie rod sleeves that are out there now. That tiny sleeve that joins the inner and outer tie rod is just not beefy enough.

I just purchased this and the broncbuster bushing. Ill be running 37s on an icon lift. I think it will work well, and its a good solution as a first step. Big thing about a rig like this is now when to stop what you are doing. Stay out of those full bind situations. Ill be installing it all over...

I was close to buying those, but I dont like the idea of how they bolt on top of the hardtop. I would have to hassle with them every time I took the top off or put it back on. Gotta be a better way.

Yup, would do the same thing. Not messing with the multiple spot welds, no nasty slot cuts. would be easy enough to weld dome back in and be done with it.
