I also thought that the window was cracked because if the door isn't shut tight the windows will not go all of the way up. In a close up though it looks like it is closed, just don't think the snow is sticking to the rubber seal as much so that it looks open.
Your local Deere dealer can look on PartsExpert and should have no trouble finding what you need. It won't have the guide tip but that should be a non-issue. We do this at our store all the time.
Thanks for your reply. It shows that you care about your customers and how your product is received. I'm good with the trim you sent. Though not perfect, it is close enough that I'm not going to worry about it, not worth having you send more. Just that you care enough says a lot about you. Also...
Received mine today as promised by UPS. They look great. The way the top edge is rolled in shouldn't cause any injuries but the supplied trim will take care of that. Black crinkle finish works fine for me but might be an idea to offer them unfinished. Would get expensive and slow down shipping...
A "redesign" could be something as simple as the coating or supplier of a valve spring or keeper. Not trying to guess the cause as it seems that few if any of the effected 2.7's have been tore down by the dealers. More info from Ford would be nice but I have seen similar from Deere. One time...
I was being a little sarcastic with my comment. We sell tractors to a lot of people for personal snow removal but it is hard to justify if you have no other use for them though I do believe they would be better than any vehicle for that purpose. It is amazing how many people are living in the...
Before I ordered I called all of the dealers within 70 miles, (4) and asked about there Bronco pricing strategy. Two said they hadn't decided how they were going to price them, one said they would use adm (not how much) and one said msrp. They were the one I chose to order from. I sat down at...
It seems that a lot of Broncos show up on dealer websites with vins yet these are retail orders. This seems pretty common. They are not for sale. Mine showed up on the dealer website as soon as their was a vin but with no price. My dealer will use adm for stock units but have held to msrp for...
Great idea and design. Probably best to leave natural and customer can paint or coat them to their own design (spray on bed liner for me). I thought the edge protector stuff on top would work well but in the later pictures I see that you already thought of that. Looks really good. Also, website...
I thought those might be the culprit but not enough miles and time on them to easily see rub marks. Thanks for info and will use your fix or design my own. By the way 8/3 build shipped a month later and received 11/2, 900 miles on my BD so far.
Front sections (4 door) are nicely finished with rolled edges. Drivers section had a rubbing or creaking noise when it started to get cold here. Pulled that section and couldn't see any obvious rub marks so reseated and that seems to have helped. No leaks. Rear hood appearance and fit are fine...
Great idea. I would put self adhesive weatherstrips on the ends and underneath where it touches. This should help eliminate squeaks and rattles. Also, particle board (not osb) should be stiffer and I agree that a small piece of angle on top would would stiffen it and prevent stuff sliding off.
Good luck on your dream. Get what you want and can afford. You are young and this won't be your last rig. Learn from it for the future but enjoy it as you learn.
Lockers are very helpful but the important thing to remember in your area is (same as me), is if the trail is unfamiliar and you reach a questionable spot, walk it before you try it. This can save a lot of problems. This from a voice of experience. By the way, have you received yours yet...
Thought so. It took me a long time to finally ask what they meant by mils thickness when talking about plastic sheeting. Had a camp trailer salesman tell me that their trailer had 3 mm thicker siding than anyone else's (1/8"). Had to explain that to him. No, I didn't buy from him. Anyone that...
