Your math is correct if this was a purely gas vehicle, but I assume that Jeep included the 25 miles of electric range in that 400 mile range estimate, so really it would be 375/17.2 = 21.8 if we are to ignore the electricity component. If this assumption is incorrect, please correct me.
It is purely calculating a $ cost to drive per mile. (total cost for a fill up/miles driven). I agree the numbers don't appear to make sense but I have double checked and can't find an error. If you see one please feel free to point out the specific problem and I am happy to adjust my math...
Ok, so I know there are a lot of us out there (myself included) who have been shopping around because of the delays related to the bronco. With the Wrangler 4xe coming out really soon, I was very seriously considering talking to a dealer about it after seeing some price quotes that others had...
I was able to negotiate and get the equivalent of x-plan pricing from my dealership. I leveraged the already widely published Granger and Stephens deals and simply stated that this vehicle was already over my desired price range, and if they couldn't come down to at least x-plan, I would...
Haha. Didn’t know there was a Allanspark Colorado. Seems like I should update the thread title. Don’t want anyone going on a wild goose chase for nothing.
The Allen Park Ford research and development center in the back corner of the parking lot across from the town place suites hotel. It seems to be parked in the same spot quite regularly.
Stress seems to be running pretty high these days on the forum, so I figured I would take a step back from GVWR debates and Levine tweets to lighten things up with a fresh photo dump. Probably nothing most of you haven't seen before, but it is better than nothing.
I took a detour the other...
I for one am happy every time I see one of these complainers say "I'm Out". Means I will get mine sooner :). And I am glad they gave us some actual answers on the availability of features. It may not be fully what I wanted to hear, but I understand the dilemma. As an engineer, you have to...
I live near where they are being built and have seem two Area 51 Broncos in passing on the highway ( in sun and clouds). Both times I was surprised at how dark they looked compared to photos. That being said, I actually liked it better a few shades darker.
If you go and get the 2021 paint...
After looking at all of this, I have a new wild theory. If you look at the materials walkthrough video of the black diamond, at 4:02, you can clearly see that the bottom part of the instrument panel is textured while the upper portion is not.
Then if you look at the build and price for the...
I would be willing to bet that Ford knows what they are doing. Their goal is to beat the Wrangler, and a major sticking point where they could easily win over new customers is in the towing capacity.
Because lets be honest, 90% of wranglers sold are in the 4 door version at a sacrifice to off...
I was also really hoping the Bronco would have a slightly higher towing capacity. I took my boat to the CAT scales just to be sure and it came in at 3600 fully loaded. That was a big bummer. Guess I will just have to be patient and hold out hope that the theories about a higher towing package...
