The plastic can expand a bit. My friend with no skid definitely gets his 20 gallons I had the same issue with OEM raptor skid. Couldn't get above 18 gallons at fill, even when run down to 3 miles range left.

It's in the US clearing customs now. Excited because the max I gotten into my bronco raptor is 18 ish gallons .. probably the skid plate causes me to lose some expansion space on the plastic fuel tank. My friend with a base big bend with no skid gets a full 20 gallons lol.

curious, has anyone had any gremlins with the zflash? i have cases where my rear running lights do not turn on, brake, turn and backup work fine. but rear running lights stay off until i manually reactivate then with the headlight switch.

This light is very poor quality, my first one, the switch barely worked. my second one rattled.... waiting on a 3rd from amazon to try,

how have you guys been dealing with the view in the rain? i've swapped out 3 rear cameras now, they all get moisture in it eventually.. even with the connectors waterproofed.

i wonder if the fix is something that everyone should do, or is this something that only affects some tops.

damn lol i see 175 as my temp, think i seen 180ish when i'm really bustling. definitely not the temp they say to check at.

is the bronco raptor the same temps for tranmission?

thanks, fabian replied saying to put sikaflex 221 along the outside, will try that as that is what they use in the assembly itself. it hasn't rained much lately, but the last 2 times, it did pour here as well.

Was told to sikaflex 221 the rear glass from the outside. Not sure how well that will hold since i can't clean the surfaces i'm bonding. But we'll see i guess.

the rear glass on the hatch was not installed properly... waiting on fabian. He mentioned sending out a replacement. I water tested this with my pump sprayer and half a gallon of water. with a few oz of water, i had water intrusion on left and right sides from the top part of the glass.

interestingly enough, i swapped out my hard top on my bronco after 3 years and 40k miles, no cracks... put on an armadillo hard top

I saw some water marks on the inside of the hatch. So I'm guessing it's all from the hatch somewhere

Getting consistent water intrusion from my hatch... This sucks. . never has this with the original hard top in 3 years I had it on.

my connections have been sealed from day 1. so this is becoming weird for me lol.

lol this jinxed it, i'm stuck in backup camera mode like 90% of the time, it randomly changes back to regular rear view sometimes. guess its time to move my rear camera inside.

Now my camera is stuck in reverse ... Lol I'm positive I waterproofed every connection I made .

Just that it'll save zoom for cameras. But I never liked the rear zoom, it turns grainy
