Drop the lca, no worries on cvs. Done it 2x. Only issue I had was re torqing the alignment nuts, they simply did not want to stay where they should. I'm thinking next time tightening, then dropping the bronco, and torqing might work

Update- they did the recall even though it wasn't in the date range. New ds and rear ds seal. No leaking, no more vibration. Good to go

Update- brought in yesterday AM. Confirmed the vibration this morning and sizable xfer case leak. However they do not think it will need a new front driveshaft. Lead tech will be looking further into it. Not sure how you can miss the broken cv boot and grease splatter.... Will wait for final...
