Hi! If you click on the "Trackers" link at the top of this page, you'll find all the info you need to stay on top of your order. As for the timeframe, it's impossible to tell. Some folks have gotten their Broncos without a hitch. Others (like me) have been bumped several times to different build...
After confirming the EDD with chat several times despite being on chip hold, I contacted "Ford Marketing." A very nice and seemingly knowledgeable rep told me that if you're on chip hold or "in production" there's no way they can estimate your EDD. Makes sense since the truck hasn't been "built"...
Heads up... check the spreadsheet to make sure your info is correct. I did, and mine had been updated with someone else's info. Please make sure you're updating the right row. Also, if you plan to sort, update the view, etc. please download a copy of the spreadsheet to your own files before...
Update for those still waiting... after contacting Ford chat several times since my Nov 16 blend and getting a different answer each time, I finally called the Ford 1-800 number listed on their website. I explained my frustration with being given and confirming an EDD of Dec 9-16 several times...
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the 10/31 build week crew! I was originally 10/24, bumped to 10/31 and finally settled into the 11/14 build week and currently on chip hold. However, I keep coming back to this group because of all the info provided in your posts, especially the folks...
I would suggest checking with chat a few more times (as you may get different answers each time, even if you specifically ask about a chip hold) as well as your dealer. Also make sure when they give you the "ETA" dates that you clarify if those are the delivery dates to your dealership or the...
OMG... you're spot on in terms of the steering wheel! Just did my third trip back and forth from Atlanta to NJ in the Jeep. The struggle to maintain your lane is real! I'm a July 2020 reservation holder, expecting my Bronco (which is on a chip hold) in the coming months. But I rented one last...
I hear ya! July 2020 reservation holder as well. Crazy thing was I was told I'd be a MY23 and had planned on removing the roof racks and tow package when the order banks opened back up. Then suddenly I got an email with a VIN back in September and wasn't able to remove them. Paying for options I...
Exactly! I get the chip and truck driver shortage. What's been frustrating is getting so many different and conflicting answers from Ford chat. For example, once I confirmed (three times) there were no chip holds or other delays, I arranged financing. Thankfully the rate is locked in for 60 days...
Boy oh boy... they need to have a feature on FanDuel or Caesar's betting apps to lay odds on what answer you'll get from Ford Chat on any given day. I've been told no chip hold and then... surprise, surprise... chip hold. But the "delivery date" stayed the same (Dec 9-15). Didn't seem right but...
Congrats on fantastic birthday and holiday surprise! At the rate this process is going, mine might also be a birthday surprise in January. Fingers and paws crossed over here!
After a few weeks of checking with chat and being told there were no holds or delays and given a delivery window of Dec 9-15, I found out today I too am on a chip hold, with no ETA. Confirmed with Granger as well. The wait continues. One bright spot in joining this motley crew is that I got to...
Update... after periodically contacting Ford Chat the past few weeks and being told numerous times there were no holds or delays with delivery expected Dec 9-15, I got suspicious when my vehicle was still "in production" on all the trackers. Learned during today's chat that I'm indeed on a chip...
I'm flying to Granger and driving back, but I think there are a couple of GA folks in the 10/24 and 10/31 build weeks. You might also want to ask the folks in the Georgia Bronco group on this site. Looking forward to some group rides with the GA Crew!
Yes, just giving the range of options in case anyone is interested. He did mention the possibility of the Feds raising the rates again, but based on my delivery date I should be well within that 30-day window. Fingers and paws crossed over here! Thanks again for the reminder... now if that sexy...
Thanks for the reminder! I just called them! Rate is 2.98% for 60 months, 3.48% for 72 months, and 3.98% for 84 months. Also, if the rates do go down and anyone is thinking about refinancing when they do, I was told that DCCU has a special around April and November when the used car interest...
Checked with chat and my Bronco (haven't named her yet) is at the plant awaiting shipping. No holds or delays. Estimated delivery to Granger is Dec 9-15. Fingers and paws crossed over here that it goes smoothly. Good luck to all the 11/14 peeps (and my previous 10/24, 10/31 and 11/7 groups as well.)
