Front shutter assembly stays untouched...it is just the two clips for the hoses and the 4 bolts to the frame to R&R the IC. You could take shutters out if you wanted, but I prefer to keep them because they are supposed to modulate temps to reduce condensation.
Anyone interested in a unused CPE bolt-in intercooler that allows you to use your factory or aftermarket charge pipes and shutters? Local pickup in Thousands Oaks CA area...I just bought it but am going to go with a different setup. Testing the waters...I paid almost 700 would sell for 500...
Has anyone noticed the rear shroud assembly? In addition to the active grille shutters in front, there is a rear shroud ducted towards the radiator, and below that opening there are gravity operated louvers... I can't figure out if the purpose of that shroud is to duct hot air upwards to be...
Twistep all the way...I have a 2 door, so I didn't want to schlep around a ramp or stairs inside. Additionally, the twistep adjusts so you can get adequate ground clearance (I almost made it without even scraping with it rotated to the storage position wheeling Broken Arrow in Sedona), and it...
This is the best option IMHO with huge (or any size) dogs that is rock solid and supports hundreds of pounds and locks in...

I have had it on my Bronco for a long time...and can confirm it's usefulness! Easier by far than a ramp or multiple steps...
I also have the full Raingler setup...and found that using the top net makes a great "attic" for my 4-way tire inflation hoses and jackets...the owner of that company takes great pride in his work and his products last longer than many vehicles.
Open Road is currently having a winch sale... I know some folks go the Badlands harbor freight route, but this winch has more pulling capacity and a couple of other cool features like the release mechanism. On sale now...
I cut off the cheap alligator clamps, shortened the undersized compressor cables, added an Anderson connector, and added a (fused) pigtail directly off the battery posts to the other half of the Anderson connector. The connector is a much more secure connection than the alligator clamps. The...
I have a dedicated 50 amp connector exiting my frame horn in front of the left front tire. My new compressor is rated at 90 amps, but is that 90 ever a thing? Will the 50 amp connector and 60 amp incline fuse I added do the trick? I am confused as to how they get the 90 amp draw...
Unlike at least some folks who are trying to get GT3 performance out of their Broncos, I'm okay with the bone stock level of performance the 2.7 has thus far (especially for wheeling). I wouldn't mind slapping things on that would improve the longevity, or things that would provide a reasonable...
I initially had the Cascadia 4x4 Flipster, which also flipped up to expose the winch. With my camera relocation right above the plate, it limited the plate movement to just below horizontal when flipping it up...so the limitation was that if I had to winch from any position that resulted in the...
I have the fast intentions system which is kind of a work of art and it's not that much louder but the benefit is not only way more clearance but also a significant amount of horsepower and torque without annoying drone or waking up the neighbors.
They help to reduce condensation especially if you live in a climate that has any kind of weather changes. Additionally, Ford makes it clear there are certain areas that shouldn't be blocked for air flow and when people put an intercooler in front of a radiator that is going to increase engine...
That works! With my bumper hanging the plate below the fair lead would restrict airflow to my intercooler, so I was stoked that the setup I found puts My plate directly centered over the fairlead So it isn't blocking radiator air flow or intercooler airflow.
