We haven’t seen much sun as of late here in PA. So the other day when that clouds parted before sunset I could not resist the urge to take a 2DR Tuesday pic.
Mother Nature made a sunset stripe package for my Bronc, even if it did only last about 10 minutes.
Hold on my photos are not wanting...
Maybe you should post that in the moar door Monday thread. It seems they are a bit lacking in the post department. They are only on page 14. For the moar doors outnumbering the 2DR crowd 10 to 1 you guys should be killing it. I guess the moar door crowd just doesn't like taking pictures of their...
Sorry I logged off last night and didn't see your reply. Sometimes pictures do better than words.........
As you can see the strut also acts as the UCA, there is only the LCA. It is integral to the suspension. Take it away and everything falls apart.
As you can see here there is a UCA...
That post was from 2022. Might be why it has a hard time "linking". He is trying the portals for the first time this year, if I recall. The man builds some sick shit.
You know I love you man!! I had explained that point to many around here years ago. When I would talk to the sales reps from companies that would advertise "struts" for an F150. When I explained it to them, I would get.......😒
Strut is an integral part of the suspension.
Coilover controls the...
Not trying to derail the thread but all this talk about strength and load got me thinking of something, it is shock related and about the strength and proper mounting of a coil over. And yes I said coil over not strut, the Bronco has coilovers not struts, it’s my pet peeve. I’m getting off track...
I thought he meant the shutters as well.
......But yeah that oil cooler was not there. MIshimoto makes oil coolers as well. I'm sure they can come up with a solution.
Glad to see Mishimoto has stepped up to the plate. I realize it is a Braptor but the basic structure is still Bronco. I would think maybe a change in connection to the piping, but the spacing between the frame rails should remain basically the same. I don't think it should take them too long. I...
Last pic says it all. These just complete the rear of the Bronc, shows the body line so much better. The OEM looks like a Lego brick stuck on the back.
5th picture back is at the cabin from last Saturday. A couple of weeks ago it had snowed a few inches. So I thought to myself, looks like a good time to try my Trail Turn Assist (TTA). So this week when I was there I noticed how the snow had melted leaving my “Squatch tracks”.
As 5Gen pointed out. All the years I've done construction I was always taught wood should not touch earth. It will wick moisture and accelerate wood rot.
When I built my 2 car the concrete slab sits on a foundation of 8" block with 6" block starting at the slab level for three courses. The...
