Was moved out to 11/19 to 11/25 early this morning. Just checked 10 minutes ago and now shows as delivered. Very odd.

So is FORSCAN just software that you install on a computer? Or is it an OBDII scanning tool? Want to purchase it, but when I googled it it comes back with all sorts of stuff. If someone that purchased it has a recommended option I'd greatly appreciate sharing a link. Thanks!
