I had the same issue with chat this morning. I’m going by the email that was sent that said the eta of arriving at my dealership. I believe that one more at this point.

They need to fix their system. It's just too confusing.

So I woke up to my built email. It says estimated delivery is Sept 24 - 30. I just went into Ford chat to see if I could get any shipping information since it's going on a Train and the person said it's due to begin transit Sept 24 - 30. I'm confused. Does the Ford chat people get wrong...

I would think that they would have it as part the assembly line.

Order tracker finally changed to "Awaiting Shipment"

If you are a reservation holder you go to https://www.ford.com/buy/manage.html?reservationId=XXXXXXXXXX You put your reservation number in the end where the X's are. Then it will ask you to log into your Ford account.

No Tear Tag or built email yet but I logged into the backdoor tracker to see this little gem.

Mine may take a day or two since I'm getting the tube steps.

Is MAP open today or are they closed for the holiday? Just wondering if I should do my usual stalking of the module site or just leave it for a day.

Still nothing

Man this is killing me. I keep checking for my modules but nothing. The person in the spreadsheet above is only 300 before me in the rotation and they have theirs already. I'm starting to think I may not see them until next week.

It does help some. I know I haven’t been waiting as long as others but a year and half is pretty long for me. I’m sure my husband will like it if I stop stalking it.

I can't believe there's still no modules populated yet. Does that mean it won't happen until next week since it's a holiday weekend?
