How are you tracking yours? I haven't been able to get the automated phone system to work for me.

It's not on CSX it's on Norfolk Southern

I didn't ask him why the system wasn't working. I just asked for the location of the railcar and thanked him for looking. I was only on the phone with him for maybe a minute. Maybe less.

I tried the extra numbers and it didn't work. It's not recognizing what I put in and keeps trying to transfer me to a person. I've been hanging up when it says it's transferring me. I'm not trying to talk to real people on the phone.

Ford Chat told me Norfolk Southern and that is who spoke to on the phone with this morning to get the location of it.

I must be doing something wrong. The Railcar # is TTGX990900. For the Alpha numeric part I am typing 8849 which should be correct but it says there's no tracing information. I ended up getting in contact with an actual person and they gave me the current location of the train.

My train car is in Bellevue Ohio as of this morning. It's making it's way to VA finally!

Maybe I'm blind but I can't find the the link on Norfolk Southern to see where the rail car is located.

Order track finally switched to "In Transit". Looks like there are some power outage issues where the server is.

Just got my "Shipped" email from Ford

Logged into the tracker this morning and saw that the build bubble has a check mark and the shipped bubble has a circle in it. Does this mean it's been shipped? Order tracker still says "Awaiting Shipment".

In order track I'm still "Awaiting Shipment". At least you guys have been moved into an actual shipping status.

I hope they do resolve it soon. Or hopefully my Bronco will get put on a train before then. Though maybe those of us that are closer they will switch to convoy for delivery?
