    What gearing did you use or brand? Also, is the Front FDU needed to be replaced if you don’t go to a 32 spline front? I plan to do a dif drop soon once AC Fab finishes it and then figuring out what Axles I can even do sense I have the Baja Kit Long Travel setup.

    If this is the case then please explain to me how my plug welds are gone? I haven't driven it hard, there has been more highway mileage on this vehicle then anything else. The trails I have done would be easy for even a stock Bronco to do, like I haven't done anything extreme or considered hard...

    It's not adding more torque, it might require more power to move a bigger tire to more but that's not introducing anymore Torque to the axles or driveline. The surface of the tire would be the same between a 35x12.5 and a 37x12.5 as far as contact patch. The engine can only give so much torque...

    A Larger Tire will not produce more Torque if anything it would decrease the Torque. Larger diameter tire or rolling circumference would actually give you less Torque but give you more top end in comparison to a smaller tire.

    Actually Warranty will always apply even with aftermarket parts unless the Dealer or Ford can prove the aftermarket parts or installation from the off-road shop was the issue. As you can see shitty welds.

    You know TTA can't be used past a specific speed. Not sure what speed that is but I have only used it in a slow turn. It's just like the Sway Bar Disconnect. How would Suspension upgrades cause the welds to break loose? Even saying the bigger tires on 4.70 gearing an axle tube spun or broke...

    @Stevona By chance do you know if the welds on your axle tube near the pumpkin broke loose? Mine on my Bronco just happen and I have read on a few difference posts it's caused by the Trail Turn assist causing or putting tons of force on the axle tube when it's braking on your inner wheel.

    Whats status on the Diff Drop parts? I'm very interested in doing this keep getting my CV boots or clamps to come undone due to Long Travel in the front.

    How is the Dana 60 Rear with the 5.3 and Dana 44 front treating? did you notice any power downgrade or quality difference from stock to this? The higher gearing helps more with torque and low end speed so how does it fair on the freeway?

    I saw your welds came out, I experienced the same exact issue and on my drivers side. So not sure if we got the same guy welding our rear axle or what. But I would like to know what Top framing support set you back because I would be interested in doing the exact same thing.

  18. Can we Forscan Third Brake Light to be a Running Light while Headlights on?

    Is there a way to have the Third Brake light act as a running light while the headlights are on? So it will be dimmed and lit while headlights or DRL lights are on and bright when you hit the brake lights. I like the look with the Raptor of course but was curious if it can be done in programing...
