Can't compare to earlier years, but mine seems to work just fine without overheating. Android device, lux w/manual. Doesn't seem particularly fast, but it holds a charge while engaged with Android auto.

Indeed. I have looked at that one. But I'm intrigued by the space saving of a single device for A2B, amplification, and DSP. Space for the devices will be limited, if I go with the JL Stealthbox in the OEM sub location (if they get around to releasing it).

Did you end up using the Mobridge? I am on their list for the next batch coming later this month or early next. Curious to hear your experience if you went that route.
