When I bought my Element it was over the phone. Needed to replace my old truck that was no longer road worthy ASAP. Had never been in an Element but always thought they were practical. Showed up and gave the dealer 5K cash for a down and drove away. Still have it and have had no issues other...
I'm probably be moving mine to them as well. Going to give my local dealership a shot at matching or coming close. Move to Stephens will be easy as my wife is from WV and we can visit family in the new Bronco.
If you want to compare the 2 door size, it's roughly the size of a Honda Element. Wheel base 100.4" Bronco Vs 101.4" Element. Overall length is 173.7" Bronco Vs 169.9" Element. Width with mirrors folded is 75.9" Bronco Vs 71.6" Element. The Bronco is a couple of inches taller in base trim.
I'd like the option of the Badlands suspension on 33" tires on other trims. Call it Sasquatch light. Not talking the SBD though. This with 2.7L/auto, hard top and mid on the BD.
Stephens Auto appears to be about 5 hours from you. Between them and Granger you have transparent pricing. Check out the Stephens Auto Center plan thread under reservations.
Good luck
I'm trying to convince my wife we only need a two door. We are keeping my 4 door truck and at 60+ in age have no kids at home. Hell, they all have their own cars. Plan to tow a small trailer on any trips we take anyway.
Looking at the invoice pricing on the Sport it appears a Granger/Stephans deal would put a Badlands w/Badlands package around 35K. If I'm wrong someone please correct. It would be very tempting at that price. Just wish it had the 2.3EB.
Honestly the Sport Badlands would cover most of my off road intentions. But I'm getting what I want as this is finally replacing the Ramcharger I had to sell over 20 years ago. I intend to hit the trails near me and plan to go to national parks. I'll be retired so not a DD. My truck will be much...
Anybody else willing to buy the BL suspension and 33" tires and wheels sans disconnect. Not really interested in 35" M/T tires and beadlock wheels on the full Sasquatch. Would pay for the setup they offer on the BL.
That includes the 10spd auto though I believe? Still pricey and the 4Door base 2.7L upgrade should be the same as the OB since the both have 10spd standard.
