I lived on the Canadian border from 2007 - 2020 and freezing windows happened all winter long. Moved to Tennessee in 2020 for the mild winters and that's when my window finally broke on the only day it froze shut all winter.
Ended up getting a RZR last year after renting one in Vegas. They are a blast. Also don't worry about pin striping. Not many people I ride with have turbo's as they aren't really needed for the tight trails here in Tennessee. Good looking set up.
I don't know about the ceramic coatings but you want a light color. In my experience a light color shows pinstriping the least. White, Cactus Gray or Iconic Silver.
Put a set on my truck back in January. The snow and ice traction is impressive. Fairly quiet tire as well. Can't speak to the off road performance as I use my Rzr in the dirt. Really happy with the choice.

I was there today and managed to get waitlisted for a ride on Saturday. Super excited. I was impressed with the interior room of the four door. The most surprising thing was how good I thought Cactus Gray looked in person. Much better than it looked in photos. It was my wife's favorite color.
