I am considering going base 4 door with black am race Baja. Try to fit 285 (3.73 gears might be doggy) worst case 255 75 r17.
however the pricing then becomes close to big bend.
I feel the same way. The 4 door just doesn't look right to me without SQ. I said it in another thread but it is like the designers build the body for 35's.
I do think 285's will look better but who know what it takes to fit. Also, I have a hard time purchasing a higher trim just to...
Thanks for the pic. I am surprised how much smaller the bronco looks maybe it is the angle.
This concept vehicle needs SQ lift. It looks undrivable. A speed bump would rip fenders off. Surprised Ford shows it this way.
I wonder what the non SQ Bronco would look like in this pic.
I agree with you. However, I would pay for it just so the dash doesn’t have the noticeable bezel around smaller screen. I guess like others would pay for signature lights on bb
Why is automatic transmission standard with the base 4 door, but when u add Sasquatch ur still charges and doesn’t discount the 10 speed ?
This x2! My answer is so ford can charge you more.
I have the same concern w bd height and stance. I hate to spend money tomove up trims and not be happy.
I am considering moving down to base and add new rims and 285 70 r 17. I just do not know if the 3.73 gearing would be sluggish. Also, dealing with the mystery of will the tire fit. I could...
I would like a MIC hardtop and a "sunrider" softtop that covers first and second row. You would be able to have open air for both rows on 4 door.
This but over second row:
This is a question that everyone wants to know the answer
Unfortunately, no one will know for certain until somebody gets a hold of a Bronco and fits a 33. Maybe one of their partner suppliers will get one.
Nobody, (outside of F employees) has even driven Bronco.
I hope this is known before...
I have had the same thoughts on bd tire size.
My concern is the 4 door bronco body is too big and designed for 35’s.
On other vehicle bodies, the 265 70s look good. Are their bodies built around 32’s?
I would prefer not to SQ but feel like this is what the designers want. There is a reason...
What I meant by that analogy: Trim Level = Neighborhood; Final Build w/ Options = House
If adding all available options on a lower trim, would be equal to a higher trim. It would be better to go for the higher trim level. Maybe it is a bad analogy.
I do not dislike the BB and am considering...
I am in-between these same builds. A couple of my thoughts...
BD gearing is better for 33s later (same gearing as BL)
BD has more GOAT modes
MGV is an upgrade. Cloth is on a base. (MGV on BL)
The higher trim level will hold its value better (cheapest house in the best neighborhood)
Upgraded...
I would go for the BB if you want the 4 door with 2.7 auto. Unless you want the higher packages.
Personally, I like the wheels and black fenders better on the BB.
I am back on the 33’s. SQ is way more than I will ever need. Now the question is how do the 265/70 look on BD. Probably too small.
Every time I see pics of the Badlands it looks the best!
I was the same as you but 4 door. I decided that SQ is way more than I need. I am now at BD w/2.7. I am going to add the optional black aluminum rims (unless priced stupid) and keep the Grabber 32's on. Once the tires need changed look at 33's, by this time we will know what additional steps...
