Do you think the 3.73 gearing, 2.7 auto, would work with 285 70 r17? I am in between base & bd 4 door. I am afraid of the 3.73 gearing limited tire size. The locker does not matter to me. I guess worse case, 265 70/r17 (like bd stock).

I think these wheels look good. However, I feel they are a six spoke copy of the JL rubicon wheels. It kinda bothers me.

I agree about being designed around 35's. Especially on the 4 door. The Rubicon is designed around 33's and it show in it's proportions.

There is a good chance the jeep only has 285's on. They look better.

I did not want to be the first person to say it... I had the same thought. However, it is not a fair comparison because it is a rubicon. It is like when there was a jeep sport parked next to a Sasquatch. I really am not liking the 265 70 tires.
