Think the only factories offering that are Audi, Porsche high end brands and if you have an extra $3000 and up. Buy one and have it professional wrapped.....
HOW TRUE!!! Patience is a virtue! Plus how many "special models" will be coming that might make you want to kick yer butt and say....shit I should have waited!
Give all the after market companies a chance! If it ends up like a Jeep they will have more shit available for the Bronco than you can shake a stick at.
I'd sure like to see something to lure my $$ away from Jeep, but I agree with you at launch I doubt any serious discounting will occur until the hype dies down. Ford needs this launch to be flawless, they are in not exactly the healthiest auto company at the moment. Dealers will be dealers who...
I have to agree having owned a CJ, YJ, TJ, JK JL and now a JT the quality of the ride, features have all improved vastly. Just have to remember your driving a damn brick on wheels and the Bronco will be the same. Ford will have issues just like any other manufacturer that's a given. I'm pumped...
Got it....but Jeep 2021 pricing has been announced and that's the #1 competitor. Never know wishful thinking. Sure it will be another round of hurry up and wait.
Sure hope pricing is announced , Jeep 2021 order banks are open now and the new order guide is out on many of the Wrangler forums. With all the shut downs a lot of guys are looking at 3-5 month lead times on a factory order.
If they Ford does it right yes offer a true "base" model like the Wrangler. Plenty of Jeep folks buy the Sport then build it up with aftermarket parts or take offs for sale and it becomes a budget build.
A base JLU (4 dr) soft top, 6spd is around $33K most likely out the door around $31K
A base JL (2dr) sopt top, 6 spd is around $28K again out the door around $26K
Those are BASE models, hopefully a BASE Bronco will be in the same ballpark, sure it will since Jeep is the target.
most likely fuel economy figures, 37" are way way to big for your average consumer. Jeep sells a couple hundred thousand wranglers/yr and most likely only 20% are Rubicon's with 285/70/17 gotta face it most Jeeps never see real off road action...hell maybe a dirt road tops.
Leave the 37" and...
Well I've owned 7 wranglers and now a Gladiator Rubicon. So far I like what I see, maybe they can offer us Jeep folks a good old big fat rebate to switch over.
no way in hell a factory is going to sell a bronco with 37" most likely not even 35". Think you'll see a couple options base/lower end model 255/70/17 and max size 305/70/17.
