I’ve already taken delivery of my Bronco and when I called the FordPass Rewards customer service number, they had no idea what I was talking about with the 11,000 appreciation or the 1100 order conversion points. I’ve saved every email I got from Ford on the Bronco and I don’t see it there...

@Cat do you have anything to show where the 11,000 User Appreciation or 1,100 order conversion points come from? When I call the FordPass customer service number, they say they know nothing about it.
