Yep, we've noticed the same thing. Both the icy buildup at the rear fender and the windows being a little slow when opening the doors in the cold temps.

1) No, it is not cheaper to do it yourself.
- Sasquatch package comes with a different transfer case, front axle, different gear ratios in the axles, front and rear lockers, 35" tires. And you get all that for $5K (depending on your model)

Unfortunately our mechanics are typically booked out 8 weeks plus. Some months are slower than others, but right now they are slammed.

Guess if someone was willing to pay an extra $20K over what we paid for it, we'd probably do it, then just order another one and wait.
