I could not tell much of a difference if any in terms of transmission tuning. Both correct the stock "slop" in between gears.

I didn't feel at any point the system was too loud when driving. It's actually quite tame while cruising. Definitely louder when you mash on the peddle but not overly loud or annoying.

Hey there! We ran the AWE exhaust on our 2.7L FE and thoroughly enjoyed the tone and volume. We ran the dual exhaust option and AWE has multiple routes (single/bashguard vs dual). The choice on tip option is purely subjective! Check out all of the options here...

I ran the AWE system for a while and loved it. Definitely one of my favorite setups for the Bronco and highly recommend it. I ran all 3 setups. All of them sounded great and had no drone. Dual exit, single exit and the bash-guard setup. Let us know if there's anything we can help you with...

It utilizes the factory active exhaust button and also changes the same way when you switch drive modes with the dial.

Not sure on the progress of their system but I'll make a quick call and see what I can find out.
