I'm not assuming the taxpayers don't have a use for an EV, they will tell you they don't have a use if someone is listening.
In my state 70% of the folks are against the mandates for EVs. They aren't against EVs for other folks just not for them.
And I'm sure while the government is "greasing...
And there lies the rub....
Back in the beginning of the ICE automobile, oil companies funded gas stations across the country.
I believe the electric companies should be footing the bill for charging stations and not the taxpayers many of which have no use for an EV.
In the beginning my 30+ year career I probably averaged 800-1000 hours overtime a year when I was young working in coal/coke fired power plants. A lot of the OT was forced as that's the way it is in the power generation industry. In doing so, I was able to retire dept free, as there is no "free...
Glad they took care of it OP.
The question I would have is "Did the tech put never-seize on the bolts when he reinstalled them",
or did he just run them in dry, again.🤔
If the original owner of the Badlands wheel/tire left the tire pressure monitor sensors in there just bolt them on (torqued to 100 ft/lbs) and drive.
If the Badlands tires are 33's, no need for speedo recalibration, you only went from a 32.09" tall tire to a 32.75" tall tire.
Greenglenda,
I have a saying, "He who looks under the bed has been there themselves".
The rude commentor is probably a troll themself.
Good luck with your Bronco search!
Same here, surprised not to see a double cardon on the T/C side.
In the late 1980's I put a 4" Skyjacker lift on a Bronco II. The cure for the rear driveshaft (stock was a CV style like the 6G) was an exact copy of the Gen 1 Bronco. I ran the stock driveshaft for a month with the 4" lift...
I always left them on. You know where they're at, leaves more room in the vehicle to a small degree, and they won't beat you in the head in a rollover.
OP, you will forget all about the extra goodies you thought you over-bought that first time you are stuck, and you hit the button for the front dif-lock and walk right out.🥰
