Once installed and torqued to 80 ft-lbs they won't be removed with an L allen wrench. Going to require the right hex bit. So while it's certainly possible to steal with the right tools, I think it's unlikely, especially since only the Bronco community knows the value.

My understanding is that the turbos on the 2.7 are mounted to the heads, there wouldn't be cross contamination from one side to the other in this arrangement other than the oil or intake side.
