Probably not as popular of a consideration, but anytime you change factory components out for after market you are likely taking a bit of life off the other components/systems.
Wheels with more poke change steering/suspension dynamics and cause more wear on wheel bearings. Lifts are similar...
Interestingly a few other folks on this subreddit have mentioned the HOSS 3.0 drives better on the road and had less body roll/break diving. That seems different than this video. People probably have different definitions of what's 'a lot' of body roll vs not so much.
What wheels? Were you bead locked? Also how deep did you get? Snow wheeling is my primary reason for getting a bronco. Well, not snow wheeling exactly, mostly getting to hard to reach trail heads and areas in deeper snow.
Please rip down washboard or FS roads and keep us updated. I need more stories and reviews to live vicariously through. I am little less interested in how people are modding their Broncos since that's even farther in the future than actually getting mine haha.
Easier said than done for most of us i'd say. There is Bronco listed for sale in Bozeman, MT by a car dealer that is over 50K for a base model. I am at 13 months waiting, and I will continue to fall into the sunk cost fallacy because I ONLY want to pay 50K+ for the EXACT thing I want. No lot...
These are a top recommendation of hardcore snow wheelers: https://www.intercotire.com/tire/102
These guys are serious snow wheelers in winter: https://4low-bc.com/
Here's their (awesome) youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@4LowBC
Might be worth a message to them or post on ih8mud.

I also switched to the 2DR Wildtrak from the 2DR Badlands with the 2023 reorder for the same reasons.
I have mentioned this on other threads to mostly crickets, but the Fox and Bilsteins are position sensitive. Which means any sag will move the dampers out of the 'ideal' position for...
Another option, but a little less ideal for my needs, is the Rigd ultraswing. It's basically the lowest weight thing I have found that checks most of the boxes. I basically want the ultraswing, but integrated into the bumper. A big downside is that it lengthens the lever arm, so that weight will...
Smart keeping weight low. I wish someone made an aluminum bumper with an integrated tire carrier. Also I would like a swing arm bumper with a 2” receiver in the arm for bike racks and cargo carriers. I do NOT want to have to open 3 different things to access the back with bikes.
Lights are about more than lumens. This is maybe a good read for people:

TLDR; $600 ARB lights have better performance than $1200 Baja Designs.
would these tires in a 35” be a good choice for snow wheeling? Ideally I’d have something that works well for getting to the trails as well as actually going on the trails.
This is all well known. The engine in the Tacoma is the same as the Toyota Camry. Peak torque is at like 3000 rpm and peak HP is like 4500 or something. I had a manual and it was better than the automatic but just not fun to drive. I sold it and have the money waiting for a Bronco. I also am a...
No offense to anyone but I have a really hard time believing any bolt on bar will sustain an animal impact at speed. It’s why the ARB summit bumper is so large and heavy. It was designed to survive kangaroo impacts at 60 mph.
