Was wondering same. Not a rattle, but I'm pretty sure if I took my SAS spare off it would happen much less frequently or maybe disappear altogether...
Noting my first 6g bronco (RIP) had 33s on methods that were a total of about 10lbs less than 85lb oem squatch combo, and tailgate made no...
I believe similar/same as sintered bronze. Way I understand is it starts as bronze powder then some amount of oil is added and then they compress it under extreme force and with the related heat, it becomes a solid, "permanently" lubricated material
In some applications a 'fiber glide' bushing...
Great points. I am by no means a seasoned off-roader but I've been wheeling southern UT for about 15yrs now. I've ran the GTs fairly fast on pretty rough, sharp stuff and haven't had a flat yet (ALWAYS aired-down).
OEM GTs get a worse rap than they deserve 😬
So the exit point is much further forward/closer to engine? Wish they knew if they had any power gains. See button for 2-door but doesn't seem to work/4-door only...
This, coupled with @BigMeatsBronco intro seems like it was getting close
Taller tires definitely seem like they would 'push back' against the (locked) brake-and-axle-tube, harder-than-stock. Not the weight of the tire, but the distance from center-hub to ground contact patch, goosing the...

Thanks for this. Been trying to see a way to integrate black metal mesh (a la alot of aftermarket grills/inserts for OTHER trucks) but the Bronco grill has alot going on that makes that difficult to execute...
Holding onto hope here- only bolt-ons so far except the guy with the cut up Ford door...
Well that's a relief. Thank you for all the details! I've noticed (from other effects) that there does seem to be quite alot of movement in the front 'heat exchanger stack', (which now includes my high mount ic), when the engine is loading/unloading
Do you have sasquatch?
My 2dr base (RIP) had 33in tires on method wheels and did NOT creak at the tailgate-window. Combo was just over 10lbs less than SAS.
New SAS 2dr DOES creak, at least over significant obstacles, speed bumps, etc. Haven't been annoyed enough to look into the proper lube...
That's a shame for the $ ask on that one. Their Jerry can carrier is a marvel and my plan is to integrate that to the reworked hammerbuilt plate i ordered, just waiting for the braptor hinges to deliver per formula
