Pretty cool...wish they would have talked about lift amount / tire clearance. Just a teaser so I would go to the show I bet! Too far away for me...
Does the mounting for the shock reservoir seem off? I watched it a couple of times and thought wow could the tires ever contact those at full...
I disagree...2 of the 3 are addressed on this bumper and for the third there are a couple of options...camera relocation or a bumper that is actually closer / slimmer in depth to the body improving approach angle. The slimmer option may / will require an IC relocation also but those are common...
But with an auto can't you get to the park override and put in in neutral and get a tow also? I had to do this several years ago on a Honda Accord we had.
I agree completely...if they don't care they should have done more market research! I will buy a front winch bumper but not until one comes out that adequately addresses the IC, ACC and front camera.
@Dusty You are a busy man...all your miles are from driving to each manufacturer...I think you were at Icon 2 weeks ago right? Keep it up please! Can you cruise up to GenRight and get them to build some Bronco stuff next? ;)
Actually you need a where in the world is Dusty thread! LOL
That good looks so amazing!
I like the fenders / quarters and I think the look is intended to appear like your truck has a mid/long travel setup on it with stock suspension. At least that is what I see in the rendering. Probably great for Moab / similar places where you want to protect the...
Apologies the back and forth threw me off a bit. You wired your lights to only come on in reverse correct?
I bought my Raptor S2’s from you and with the harness they come on in reverse (I tapped into the trailer wiring) AND I can activate them with one of the upfitter switches.
Great because I...
Hmmm...first pic of this I have seen. I checked the owners manual and can not find anything. Pull the fuse and use a test light / volt meter and see if all 4 terminals stay hot.
I am guessing the smaller stud by the fuse is connected to the fuse but just a guess.
@Smheard I went to RA last year...it was fantastic. I am even more excited for the Bronco because you get to take guests (wife and daughter) and when I did the RA it was only the driver allowed. Maybe that has changed?
Pretty awesome all that BLM land there to play on. We stayed in Park...
I had a dealer in Tulsa, OK tell me the same thing on Tuesday...I said B&P is not open and he said it is for us and we can put your order in today.
ME: OK, I want to order a Bronco Raptor will it be MSRP and can we put it in today.
Him: Oh, well, we have not decided pricing on those...
ME...
Yes it is really handy...I think I last had it set to metric...you may want to flip the switch back to Inches...not sure how the link comes across.
Here is another oddity about that site, look up your preferred tire on there and it will show a cost for someone like 4WP and then go directly to...
@mtap sorry, I am easily confused...you did not use soldering connectors (post 32) or you did use the type in the video you posted (post 33)?
Edit...I think you edited before I posted. OK...you had me there with the non and then the video of the soldering type!
