    Oh the SUV support team (finally) called me yesterday and yep, told me everything I already knew. The only consistent thing through this whole thing is "Ask you dealer" who does not know much bc Ford also wont tell him anything

    how about some proper communications on what actually is going on with everyone's (including mine) lost in production builds? I am tired of calling the marketing team and my dealer only them to say "I dOnT kNoW"? My ETA was monday, in production for a month now, and the only somewhat legit info...

    I agree it seems wild that they are shipping out all of these others over ours. Mine has been in purgatory for only a month, so not nearly as bad as you, but still no idea what is wrong with mine

    Well I finally got a call from the SUV support team, they were able to confirm I am not missing a part but have no idea what is going o/w. Guess it's just QC issue now? Waiting to hear back from dealer as well.
