what hotlines were most helpful for you?? I have tried the basic marketing team (they know nothing), had one of those escalated phone calls that was not much better, and my dealer does not know much bc ford wont tell him much. Hopefully I am in the same boat as you.
It is annoying too bc Lavine is only responding to good tweets, not legit complaints. I tweet him almost daily (not being a dick or anything), and he just ignores it. Pathetic @Ford Motor Company
