If they're old enough to get themselves into the vehicle you're good. If they're in car seats and can't buckle themselves or they're in rear facing car seats it's going to suck for you.

The only reason I stepped up to the badlands is because I want the 7 speed and mid package. That being said I'll find ways to put myself in situations to use those capabilities. Where as I don't think OP meant it that way (as your edit states) the gate keeping on this forum is fucking dumb.

The problem isn't fitting it's getting the car seat back there. I use to do it my brz, it sucked but once it was back there we were good.
