  1. My Bronco Died Today, Deep Into a Remote Trail [Fuel Pump Failure]

That sucks. I've done fuel pumps in 1st and 2nd gen 4Runners and 80 series LCs and they are pretty simple.
  2. My Bronco Died Today, Deep Into a Remote Trail [Fuel Pump Failure]

I don't know if they still do it, but Toyota had access panels in their 4Rnners, Land Cruisers and Lexus SUVs that gave you access to the fuel pumps. Very forward thinking on their part. Here is the FZJ80 access port:

    The PNW Bronco Group

Just got word back from one of the club members. It looks like they'll be running the South Loop and the 55 trail for part of the fun run. So 35s and sliders would be good minimum. Lockers would be a plus, but not necessary if you've got some driving experience. For those with mellower rigs or...
  4. How-To-Install the JKS Tie Rod Sleeves

If you are in an area they use road salt, this could become a problem. Fluid film would probably help.
  5. 2022 "Heritage Edition" White 2 Door Bronco Build

    Great looking build!
  6. How-To-Install the JKS Tie Rod Sleeves

Sorry, my typing didn't match what was going on in my head... :ROFLMAO: I was confirming what you said earlier about breaking the TRE loose from the knuckle and turning the outer..... You can do it that way. But as you and @Frankie945 say right above, it is easiest to loosen the sleeve, just...
  7. How-To-Install the JKS Tie Rod Sleeves

Yes, to adjust the toe, you have break it free from the knuckle and then spin the outer tie rod to the proper spec. It is exactly the same as adjusting with the stock jam nut. Just think of that sleeve as a longer nut. As @Snacktime posted above, there is just enough room to get a thin wrench...

For those of you looking to get your Bronco out on the trail, the QuadraPaws 4x4 club is hosting a fun run at the Tahuya ORV park on Saturday June 11th. We'll have our Bronco out there. They also host newbie runs during the year too for those who are new to playing in the wild. Their...

  13. Friendly Rivalries Jeeps vs Bronco

Watch who you're calling a young'un..... ;) I'm old enough to know how to pronounce Willys correctly.:ROFLMAO::LOL: I've had a few of them over the years. a '47 CJ2a, a '49 CJ3a and a '53 3B. Those old flatties were tough buggers!
  14. Friendly Rivalries Jeeps vs Bronco

Pretty sure I posted it before on the board before, but will do so again. We showed up to the All-Jeep show in Carnation, WA last summer and had our bone-stock Base model Bronco on display (along with a JL and JT) right up in front near the main stage. Most people loved the chance to see it and...
  15. Friendly Rivalries Jeeps vs Bronco

Most Jeep people ask how I like it and few friends will give me some ribbing about it. But so far it has been pretty positive all around. Most people get that the Bronco should help drive innovation from Jeep. Heck, the Extreme Recon package for the Jeep was obviously driven by the Sasquatch...
  16. The Brodozer build

Very cool graphics. The wife has been wanting something similar for her Bronco. Though her design has more trees and a smaller squatch.
  17. Loren Healy Conquers Pritchett Canyon in Stock Bronco

???? We had a BII for a few years and the rear flexed ok for leafs, but not as good as my Base Bronco. It was stock, but so is my Base Bronco.... for now.
  18. JKS Manufacturing Max Tire Clearance & Steering Sleeve

Got my JKS sleeves a couple days ago, hopefully installing them next week.
