  1. What for, how’s it work.

The aluminum tailgate has quite a bit of flex to it, the brace stiffens it all up.
  2. My Dealer Set Me Up

A dealer's wet dream is just enough cash to cover the minimum down and for them to finance you for as much $$$ they can get out of you.
  3. Installed 5.38s and Spicer Ultimate 44 FDU and Extreme CVs 32 spline

  4. Sasquatch - Will you upgrade the brakes?

Bronco can be race cars too.... 😉
  5. Sasquatch aftermarket wheel offset

The tires on a Sasquatch are tucked in under the flare a little, so you won't see a full 30mm of poke. Alignment specs do not change, but you will see an increase in scrub radius, basically more tire leverage between the tire centerline and the point at which the ball joint axis hits the...
  6. Sasquatch - Will you upgrade the brakes?

I'm with @Lcubed, there is something else going on. Working for Northridge4x4, I get to drive JLs, JTs and Broncos on a daily basis (my DD is the white Bronco on 35s in our videos) and the brakes on my Bronco stops better than an equivalent Wrangler JL on 35s. As far as changing brake lines...
  7. Need rock sliders suggestions

Yes, still have both the LoD and the Rock Slide Engineering steps on the Broncos. The wife really likes her RSE Step Sliders, with those drop down steps. She doesn't like climbing into my Bronco. Boy is she really going to hate it when the 37s go on..... 😆
  8. My Bronco MIC hardtop cracked in cold (-11 degrees)

Customer: Well, what sort of standards are these hard tops built to? Manufacturer: Oh, very rigorous automotive engineering standards. Customer: What sort of standards? Manufacturer: Well it’s not supposed to crack for a start. Customer: And what other things? Manufacturer: Well, there are...
  9. Another Broken Axle / CV Joint

What do you want to know? Currently sitting on a split RC leveling kit w/ 35s Patagonia X/Ts on TeraFlex Nomad Wheels: Installing an Old Man Emu suspension in the next few weeks. It's getting an Air Locker in the rear axle and when that front M210 shows up, it'll have the ELocker in it...
  10. Another Broken Axle / CV Joint

Base model, non-Squatch, only got the M190. Will be stepping to the M210 once Dana releases their Front Drive Assemblies.
  11. ARB Twin Compressor fan not turning

Give @ARB a call and talk with the tech dept. They are pretty good to deal with. ARB USA: 866-293-9078
  12. Another Broken Axle / CV Joint

There seem to be a lot of people wheeling pretty hard and not breaking CVs, so more than likely it's an angle issue. I'm running 35s and wheel pretty hard and am surprised I haven't snapped a CV yet.
  13. Overland Build - Appalachia Wildtrak w/ Trailrax, Rotopax, iKamper Skycamp & More

It may not be fancy, but it's functional and looks good!
  14. Badlands 1in lift

Are you wanting to raise the front and rear 1" or just the front? Is your Badlands a Sasquatch model or no?
  15. Just got the 2-Door ADV 5" fenders installed

    That really looks.... SHARP!
  16. Mishimoto's Bronco 2.7 Catch Can R&D Thread

Pretty happy with mine. We didn't empty it until the 5K mark and it was pretty nasty inside.
  17. MCInfantry build…. 2 door EG Bug Out Bronco GOT REAR ENDED

Yeah, it happens. I just smile and continue on.
  18. MCInfantry build…. 2 door EG Bug Out Bronco GOT REAR ENDED

Looking good so far @mcinfantry! Cruising through the new posts and see an old friend from an old site! Glad to see you are back in the 4x4 game Lee.
  19. Tech Tim

    The PNW Bronco Group

Elbe Hills and Evans Creek are both ORV parks. This time of the year, both probably have a decent amount of snow.
