You need to watch the video - tl;dr of story is the Bronco was in 4A mode and was flat towed by a Tow truck. It was notput in flat tow mode. Rich is a great mechanic, but sometimes he has an interesting way of looking at stuff.

Understood. swapping the coils and plugs between 2 cylinders is a very easy diag. I did a quick web search and there are other ppl stating that bad/flakey plugs will cause this issue.
Under the hood or from the exhaust?
If Hood, look for leaks.
If Exhaust, spark plug is not firing, most likely because connector is not inserted fully or the coil or plug failed. try swapping coil and plug from 3 and 4 and see if the failure follows.
I saw some post mention something about 'production hold' and a possible release date of 8/1, but there wasn't a follow up and it has been dead silent since.
No change in status for my Raptor either. Still listed as In Production (Produced), modules are active and i have a tear tag, and I can see the 'Activate' button on the Fordpass App. Both the backdoor and pizza tracker work for me.
I just called and they told me I was still 'In Production'. However, this is the first time they gave me a delivery ETA - I guess i will wait to see if my modules populate and the backdoor transitions to 'shipped'
