    My Salesman told me they sell all customer ordered vehicles at MSRP or less and a signed agreement was not necessary - the reservation was enough. The entire experience was excellent and we could not be happier.

    Theodore Robins Ford in Costa Mesa honored MSRP and was an incredible dealership to work with. I believe that a large majority of dealers honored MSRP for reservation owners - they just don't talk about it.

    My dealer asked me if i wanted the front plate bracket installed. I said no. It is 'required' here but almost never cited for it (unless you park at the airport or are doing something stupid and get pulled over).

    I received delivery of my bronco a couple of days ago. I was able to verify they replaced the hood and swing gate before shipping it.

    We picked ours up this morning. Theodore Robins Ford, with the help of Mike and Rauly, really outdid themselves getting it ready to take home today after an overnight delivery.
