Ohms law is pretty simple. A 100 watt RMS car amp would produce 20 volts assuming the car speakers are 4 ohms. 20*20/4 ohms = 100 watts The stock stereo is likely only delivering about 9 or 10 volts to the speakers.

IMO it’s too bad you need the key FOB to drive it. I’d like it if you could just use the app to start and drive. My 2015 Tesla allows that and occasionally it’s useful such as in your situation. I often leave my keys in my Bronco and use the keypad to lock/unlock.
