  1. Sasquatch aftermarket wheel offset

Most of the rotational mass comes from the tire that weighs 59+ pounds and the laws of physics dictate that the mass of the wheel matters a lot less because its mass is closer to the center of the wheel hub. Saving 12 pounds on the wheel when the wheel/tire/brake disc/hub/lug nuts have a...
  2. Has anyone switched from a 4Runner to a Bronco?

I good friend and neighbor is on his 2nd 4 Runner in the last 22 years and loves his Bronco. The 4 Runner is a better vehicle if most of your miles are on pavement but the top down/off makes the Bronco a completely different animal. His wife now drives the 4 Runner and both are very happy...
  3. 6k mile life for air filter & $100 for a fuse

I’m not a fan of car dealers doing the service on my vehicles whether it’s a car, boat, jet ski, or snowmobile. I’ve only had a car dealer service performed maybe fifteen times on our vehicles in the last 30 years. Sometimes it’s unavoidable but IMO if you live in a large metro area there...
  4. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

Picked it up after having 3M PPF and tint installed yesterday. Tomorrow I drop it off for Katzkin leather.
  5. ERUPTION GREEN Bronco Club

I picked mine up today after having a full 3M PPF and window tint installed yesterday. I’m dropping it off for Katzkin leather tomorrow. :)
  6. GM rules out gas-powered Bronco competitor. But EV possible?

In another 3+ years when VW has their Scout EV for sale, there will be a market for them. IMO, GM could do well with an EV Blazer whether or not it has “real” off road capabilities. As others have said, 90% of SUV owners don’t need or use theirs for anything but light to moderate off roading...
  7. MILES TO DATE: High and Low Miles [MallCrawlers be proud!]

10 months, 16,800 miles. My daughters put most of the miles on the ‘22. I’ve had my ‘23 Less than two weeks and have 240 miles on it. It’s not my daily driver so it will only see about 8,000 miles each year. Now that I’m retired and soon will be an empty nester, I hope to spend a lot time...
  8. Less rocks thrown after replacing factory Sasquatch Goodyear tires?

I only had the Goodyears on for 205 miles before replacing them with Wildpeak AT3W’s and they lived up to their rock throwing reputation.
  9. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

I’m picking mine up from the PPF/tint installer today. It’s an installer I haven’t used before so hopefully he’s as good as his online reviews. He was $3,500 for full 3M PPF and tint which here in Minneapolis was $2,500-$3,000 cheaper than the 3 other shops I got quotes from.
  10. Connecticut Looking for bronco 4dr hard top!

When I can get a power top from MyTop, I’ll be selling my MIC 4 door top that I took delivery on earlier this month. It doesn’t look like that will be until early this summer and with the way the current demand is, I’ll guess I can get $6k or more for it.
  11. Is there something different about the 2023 B&O stereo?

My 2023 sounds the same(not great) as my 2022 and both have the Lux package. Some are pickier about sound and I’m one of those since my days of selling HiFi equipment for a living back in my younger years. I have some DLS UP6i speakers laying around from a previous install and will be...
  12. Ceramic Coat MIC Top?

I did a quick Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic coating on my MIC top when I took delivery on 2/2/23. I’ve had great luck with this product on my boats and I’m guessing it will last at least a year on my MIC top that is garaged most of the time. Mine goes in this morning for full PPF so...
  13. They’re everywhere now

There are 78 homes on the road where our retirement home is and now at least 4 of them have Broncos. There were only about 10 homeowners up there for my last visit as it’s mostly a summertime destination and I saw three different Broncos on our road out of less than ten vehicles total for the...
  14. Mall Crawler??? NOT

This exactly. Happiness is not caring what others think of my vehicles, family, or job. “You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.” -Eleanor Roosevelt
  15. Guys, why the heck does everyone debadge their trim emblems?

Yes. Fishing line works well and there are many emblem removal tools on Amazon. I’ve removed the emblems from most of my cars and trucks for decades. IMO the stickers on the Bronco look cheap and so do many of of the plastic aftermarket options. I would have ordered mine without the Bronco...
  16. ERUPTION GREEN Bronco Club

Factory hoop steps that are easily removed as needed when off-roading.
  17. ERUPTION GREEN Bronco Club

Mine is going in for PPF on all panels except the tail gate next week. I plan on keeping it a couple of decades so I’m investing in the paint protection. I’ll use a ceramic or graphene coating over the top of the PPF to make it easier to wash off.
  18. Help with visual 17x9 +12 offset

1.25” leveling kit on the fronts and crash bars removed. I had the $160 leveling kit professionally installed for about $350 labor. I finally got my Sasquatch/MIC Bronco 6 days ago and am definitely going to do something different for the fenders as I like the poke better on my non-Sasquatch...
  19. How long has it “REALLY” taken?

When I ordered 10 days after the order banks first opened 23 months ago, I expected it to take about 12 months and it took 24 months so an extra year of waiting for my MIC/Sasquatch Bronco that is less than a week old. I got impatient in December of 21 and ordered a 2nd Bronco from the same...
  20. Recovery gear deep dive: shackles, straps and kinetic ropes, what to buy!

Thanks to all for providing such in-depth information here for a newbie like me. I’ve been on Jeeping trips in the Sierra Nevadas with buddies who have a lot of knowledge but my Bronco is my first venture into off roading as an owner. As always, the devil is in the details and I have a lot to...
