Who else has issues with the storage tray in the center console dropping down. What a poor design. Every time I need to get to the bottom section of the center console, that damn tray drops down when I try to pull it out, resulting in everything spilling to the bottom. Can a background image/wallpaper be added to Sync 12-inch touch screen? I was able to do it with my F150 with the older Sync-3, as well as on my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.
