  1. Let’s discuss hand washing. What tricks of the trade do y’all have?

Not sure about washing hands, but this Ted Talk on drying hands might change your life.
  2. What is this called? A search for Part# m2db-20038-b shows no relevant results

Common name is trail sight, but Ford calls them "Handle - assist" M2DZ9920038AA M2DZ9920038BA
  3. How to: Recalibrate Speedometer with Forscan for 2021 Bronco

I would try "PCM Module initialization/relearn vehicle data" first and see if the DTCs are all cleared.
  4. Vibrations after installing RC spacer lift....

If vibrates in both 2H and 4A it is likely a simple wheel balance issue (get tires/wheels checked and rebalanced). If worse in 4A, then it could be more serious (CV axle).
  5. can I buy a modular bumper from ford?

FYI, you can cover the sensor holes. amazon search "auto body sheet metal plug"
  6. New Livernois Motorsports "beta" tune - +100hp gain and redline bump on Bronco Raptor

Ford Performance has been using the livernois hardware (with a typically less aggressive tune), so it is typical for them to file jointly for carb approval. They have to show that the programmer can't override the emissions. Probably fake price since not for sale yet. They are usually a little...
  7. Bronco and the F-150 electronic E brake recall

In my first jeep, the mechanical parking brake would release at random. Had to chase after it more than once...
  8. I need some offset - how much?

You have to trim off part of the crash bar mounts in front and rear of the front tire on each side with angle grinder (4 mounts). I removed the spring from coilover and cycled articulation and turning range to see what wheel offset worked best (KM3 37x12.50 and BDS UCA). The 0.75" BORA spacer on...
  9. I need some offset - how much?

-18 8.5" is 48mm difference from OEM. IFS angles are a smaller factor. JKS kit recommends 4.5-5.5" backspace for 37x12.50, which is -6 to +19 for 8.5" wheel. I would stay in that range if you want to be able to turn lock-to-lock with wheel tucked (+6 to +12 8.5" if not using JKS). This is with...
  10. I need some offset - how much?

Not ideal for offroad (almost 2" of poke with additional fender clearance issues when turning). Fox/BDS/Zone recommends +6 to +12 with their lift/UCA (same as 0.75" spacer with the OEM +30 wheels). +0 wheels work well with frame/fender modification(JKS kit).
  11. I need some offset - how much?

0.75" or 20mm wheel spacers (e.g. BORA) with OEM sasquatch wheels for clearance with min poke. Most aftermarket wheels are only available at +0, so more poke and clearance issues.
  12. Steering Gear Failure

If you get desperate, I have a used one from 2022 Badlands (removed to install hoss3 rack). It has driver-side broncbuster bushing installed. Complete rack with rods/boots. You would need to ask your dealer if they will install used part under warranty. You can have it for the core charge of...
  13. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

Here's a temporary workaround for sasquatch while waiting for IAG fix (gm/toyota spacer). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JY3POL8?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
  14. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

Will IAG provide a field fix for customers that purchased the original sasquatch-incompatible bracket, or will it need to be returned?
  15. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

I agree that tolerance among Broncos could be a problem. You might be able to shift the left taillight slightly if it isn't already up against the fender sheet metal. My upper IAG hinge (the non-moving part) is almost touching the body panel on the right, but I ended up with enough clearance on...
  16. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

Thanks for posting this. I will need to try this because the tailgate is too far left (won't close) and the 3D fit of bracket to tailgate doesn't permit any adjustment with the hinge. I found a temporary workaround by putting a shim in front of the hinge mounting bolts to rotate the hinge...
  17. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

If IAG used a non-Sasquatch model for sizing, that may explain the fitment issues we are seeing on Sasquatch Broncos with OEM wheels. I suspect the non-Sasquatch wheel carrier is longer since it was intended for +55 wheels.
  18. New Product Spotlight: IAG Tailgate Reinforcement with Upgraded Hinge Assembly

If you mean these, there are plugs. But the major design defect is that Sasquatch wheels do not fit (on Sasquatch Bronco). I don't know what IAG tested, but it isn't even close. I think the only solution is to add a wheel spacer, so the spare tire will really stick out. :(
  19. Wheel came off from slight swerve on flat pavement

I expect Ford engineers will want to take a careful look at the failed knuckle. That's a killer. Also report here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index
  20. Expert lift and wheels offset feedback needed (to fit 37's on Badlands Sasquatch)

You can keep sasquatch wheels with BFG-sized 37x12.50's by adding 0.75" BORA wheel spacers, but you'll need to trim the 4 front crash bar stubs with angle grinder. JKS kit not required. Then you may need to limit up-travel, depending on offroad needs. Fender clearance is only guaranteed by the...
