  1. "Cargo Tray" Re-imagined as a drawer

Leveling the cargo space is useful if you want to sleep in the back. Its also helpful if you are carrying anything long enough to cross the seatbacks + rear space.
  2. Turbo engine oil cooking prevention?

Yeah it isnt an issue on modern cars like it used to be. I've had two turbo cars in recent years and neither had any issue at all with temps/oil life.
  3. "Cargo Tray" Re-imagined as a drawer

Needing to remove it to access the jack+ under there seems like a bad design. I wonder if it can flip up to allow access. In either case I'd rather have a drawer of some kind rather than a pull out tray. I cant think of any time i'd ever use the tray.
  4. Sasquatch tire life / mileage?

I use E rated 33" Duratracs on my current rig and they can go well over 60k miles. I dont know if the sasquatch tires will be E or D rated but they should still have a pretty long life.
  5. How much rear glass will we see smashed in parking lots?

I think that is a little different than having to physically reach over/past the giant tire to grab the glass hatch to close it. I dont really think it will be an issue except maybe if the door open but is at just the right angle for the glass to clip the brake light
  6. Paddle Shifters?

In my xterra I manually disengage high gear going down long highway hills (like i-70) which should be easy enough on the 10spd gear buttons. I can manually select 1-2-3 as well using the shifter. The real issue is offroading. I dont want tiny buttons to switch between gears. Paddles could...
  7. Broke my own rule of never buying first year model

I've done it before but there are certain manufacturers I wouldnt... I bought first year 5th gen Camaro, 2 series BMW and Ford Escape and they were all fine. I wouldnt buy a first year Land Rover (new defender) but would a 2nd+.
  8. Trail Camera Feature

I wonder if it will work like this one:
  9. Am I the only one that thinks Bronco would have competed the FJ Cruiser?

For some very hardcore folks I'm sure the top is an issue. The FJ's issue was it was not good for pretty much anything most people would use an SUV for. It wasnt comfortable, had poor visibility due to the tiny windows, didnt have enough passenger room, had tiny rear doors that you had to open...
  10. Am I the only one that thinks Bronco would have competed the FJ Cruiser?

Replacing the windshield frequently is part of the 'fun' of having an FJ... In reality though, they were not any more capable than other similar suv's around at the time. Based on what we've seen so far the Bronco will be a lot better offroad.
  11. Would anyone want to see a Bronco with no removable parts?

I know several people who have had issues with them. On the 4 door its 3 panels and a back section all which have to clamp and seal and not leak or rattle. They may be fine for a while but it remains to be seen how long that will last. I wouldnt mind a clear panel or two for the front/mid...
  12. Would anyone want to see a Bronco with no removable parts?

I wont actually remove the doors/roof so I would rather have them not even be removable (just fewer things that can go wrong later on). I know they be doing one like that since it would be a rather expensive thing to change the mfg process.
  13. Bucking the Sasquatch Fever

It depends on the price on top of Badlands for me. If it seems reasonable I'll get it and probably a 2nd set on 33's. (33's for winter/ski trips etc and if I need to do a long distance highway trip)
  14. Articulation vs traction aids and clearance.

3 wheels on the ground isnt that big a deal if you have lockers. I'd much rather have a vehicle that works properly in the 95% of places that I dont need that much articulation. Even the vehicles I've been around that can articulate that much it is more often for posing than actually required...
  15. Rock Rails Frame Mounted?

If they called them 'rock rails' and then mounted them to the body they'd be in for a lot of repairs...
  16. On board Air

I definitely want to add onboard air. I have it on my current rig and it is so much nicer than having to pack a compressor. I'm hoping it will be a factory option but I'm sure there's room under the hood o possibly behind rear interior body panels where one could be added.
  17. Pics & Videos: Interior Dimensions (Can Sleep Inside), Accessory Mounts, Suspension, Sasquatch, Stubby Bumper

Nice that they fold that flat. Saves some hassle having to take them out to get my tall self a sleeping spot.
  18. Pics & Videos: Interior Dimensions (Can Sleep Inside), Accessory Mounts, Suspension, Sasquatch, Stubby Bumper

I was referring to the bottom part of the seats that flip forward when you put the seats down. (they appear to stick up above the seat backs in the pics I saw) Those dont move forward when moving the front seats forward so would still be in the way. I know the 4" rise from the seat backs is...
  19. Pics & Videos: Interior Dimensions (Can Sleep Inside), Accessory Mounts, Suspension, Sasquatch, Stubby Bumper

You mention 6ft from the back of the front seats to the tailgate. Does that mean with the lower rear seats removed? (since they stick up and would be in the way otherwise)
  20. Navigation Requiring Subscription?

Almost everyone has a phone capable of apple carplay or android auto these days and with those you never have to pay for map updates etc. I dont know why they'd even bother with a subscription navigation service.
