Dead thread or not its still a conversation and we all come here to give opinions, this was mine. I didn't say anything negative about 2 door broncos or their owners. Just as you say i could have left it alone everyone else could have as well. But to tell people they shouldn't comment is counter...
I haven't been on here that long but i haven't see 4 door owners saying 2 doors aren't real Broncos, that they suck or put derisive comments about owners of 2 doors Broncos. I know i said i prefer a 4 door because of space, passangers and kids. But look at the responses i got. It's almost like...
It actually seems like 2 door owners are the ones offended because god forbid some people prefer something other than what they like. Its also the 2 door owners that say silly things like true bronco or not a bronco, get over yourself. I buy what i like not what others feel i should have.
I'm not a carbon fiber fan myself. I don't like the look of it, it only matters if you are actully racing you car and it's not functional on a 6,000 lb vehicle. But it's his money he gets to spend it however he wants. Other people don't like bigger wheels, lift kits or loud stereos.
I think we all know that the 4 door outsells the 2 door by a wide margin. They would not have reintroduced the Bronco without a 4 door version. It's a combination of expected sales, crash tests, government regulations and tax relief
which is the main reason 2 doors disappeared in the 1st...

They look great, can sound great and even run well a lot of the time but once the gremlins start to pop up you are in for a hell of a ride. And usually not a fun one.
I bought a used Disco about 15 years ago. I sold it back to the dealership 3 months later. The only good years are the first 2 or 3, after that its a crap shoot.
And you still missed the point. Porsche has their own set of issues and some of the ones pointed out in the list even though the price point is much higher. I also don't understand why you would own something you seem to hate so much. You can always go buy a Porsche and it looks like in your...
Well the "entry level" Porsche is around 78K. You might want to pop into a few Porsche forums to see that they have the same kind of problems as every other car, a lot of problems on this list, you can't get any of the top of the line cars and thats if you can afford them and you have other...
