Sorry, I revised and edited my answer. More towards the inner as seen in this pic. The jamnut probably does add some strength to the section immediately after it.
Because you're still relying on the smaller diameter threaded rod (maybe not the actual threaded section itself) but the braces directly brace the 2 thickest part of the tie rod assembly alleviating the forces on the threaded rod.
If you installed a lift that reduced the rake, an alignment would be more needed because you changed the geometry of the front end (riding at a different spot in suspension travel) rather than a front height vs rear height.
I have a 3" lift and 37s on mine and here's what I brought to the shop. Note, a lot of shops do not have alignment specs for new Broncos (yet?). I have a Badlands + Sasquatch which is why certain specs are highlighted.
I posted about this before but I've experienced something similar. The shift from 1st to 2nd can be really jarring, to the point that I shift up manually when offroading.

Front tire rubs the frame a tiny bit when at full lock (frame rear of tire).
I have the DV8 ones and I have creaking as well. I thought it was coming from my ARB underbody protection but it seems like it might be the control arm skids. I'm going to try torquing the bolts a bit more as well. Luckily my lift required me to hammer out the lower shock studs and use...
This was my dream bumper when we got our Bronco. Quickly realized that this setup wasn't even possible so we opted for the ARB Summit bumper and are extremely happy with it.
Soooo.. Not sure how hard you plan to wheel with these but only bolting them to the pinch weld seems to be a bad idea as you have effectively created a big lever that will likely bend your pinch weld and stuff these up into your rockers. There's a reason that the stock ones have some sub...
Make sure to check your speedo against a GPS speedo. 2800 may have been accepted but it seems that most get a more accurate reading with 37s by setting it to around 2760mm.
