Man I'd love if A51 was slate blue. But in lighting it shifts from a dark turquoise to baby blue. Not enough gray in it for me. A hair less saturation and I'd love it. But Carb Gray for me it is.
Kinda tempted to just troll it out. So many negative nancies (no offense OP, your link was not overtly negative) maybe we can cause a Bronco Exodus and move up a few hundred places in line!!
I'm really tempted to post a new thread saying "Found my Bronco-Killer" and post a picture of a Dodge Caravan. And go on to talk about how great it is for the kids; how Ford sucks. At least I can take a little of the flak damage off of this OP...
Excellent. I'll likely make the switch! My local guy is convinced he'll get units more quickly because he's a bigger dealer. I think it will be worth any potential wait...
28. No midlife crisis or aim to impress. I've nominally followed to Bronco since rumors and reveal. Was totally unattainable for me until recently. However, it does illicit dreams of moving to CO, or ID someday.
Does @Granger Ford expect excessive delays for those who join their revolution late to the game? I'm already a '22 likely, but I'd hate to see local Broncos on the lots while I wait for my res! LOL.
To be fair, 2.9 over invoice is still under MSRP. Not by much, it's pretty much spot on MSRP. The 1000 off invoice is like $2-3k below MSRP depending on build.
I may switch to Granger for this reason. No bitterness to my local dealer, they might not have much control over this.
I made the same mistake. I didn't do the comparative shopping I should have before the deal closed. It was $1k off invoice. Which saves a lot more than $1k lol. My dealer currently is Invoice +2.9%. Which costs $2500 more. I didn't know this till today! Stupid me!
My dealer said nothing he can do to go below invoice +2.9. Fair enough, I may be switching out of state! He warned me that these other dealers might not get allocation as quickly, I said "I'll take that under consideration - thanks."
Excuse me if I'm sort of ignorant on this, I want to call my dealer and push a bit. But how do dealers afford to do under invoice? Isn't that a loss to the dealer?
Yeah. And to be fair @MSRP didn't bother me much. However most group buys seem to be invoice - $1000 which I should have signed up for.
I was thinking net savings would be $1k. Reality is like a $2-3k savings over MSRP lol.
