  1. BILSTEIN 6112's on a Non SAS 2 Door, Very Confused

The 6112s come with springs so no need to go ford performance or get Sasquatch springs. Where are you getting these measurements from? The 6112s will give the same ride height throughout all of the different trim levels. IIRC it gives 2.8ā€ over sas as the highest setting, which would be about...
  2. Eruption Green Builds

She’s a beauty! If you’re looking for suggestions, you can’t really go wrong with lights, suspension, bumpers. I’m happy to go over some ideas with you and extend special forum pricing.
  3. SEMA ‘23 | BOOTH 11353 by Archetype Racing

Those are our Hammer Built Flush fit fogs that use Baja Designs S1s! Currently we have a 4 light kit available, but that 3 light kit that Austin is running will be available soon! We are very excited for this build and very thankful that Austin will be able to show off some of our products at SEMA!
  4. after market coil overs

You’d be correct. Fun fact, that rock jock bracket was the exact reason I looked into this. The Fabtech bracket doesn’t have a disclaimer like the rock jock. I’m not sure if that means shock length doesn’t matter, or if they just didn’t take the time to figure that part out
  5. after market coil overs

Eibach compressed and extended lengths from our research. Not terrible in our opinion. Front Compressed Length - 16.6ā€ Extended Length - 23ā€ Stroke - 6.4ā€ Stock spring - 16ā€ x 3ā€ 450lb Rear Compressed Length - 15.76ā€ Extended Length - 25ā€ Stroke - 9.24ā€
  6. Longest travel 2.0 and 2.5

Yes sir. I can get with you to help determine which springs you will need for your build
  7. Longest travel 2.0 and 2.5

Rear links will allow some more articulation in the rear, but that’s something you could come back to in the future if thats you don’t want to spend the extra money up front or whatever. As for front UCAs, you will tear your ball joints and bushings to shreds fast without upgrading, not to...
  8. Longest travel 2.0 and 2.5

We’re big fans of ADS coilovers. They provide more wheel travel over Sasquatch suspension. Our measurements yielded about a 2ā€ increase. ADS also did the r&d to maximize travel with the correct compressed and extended lengths. ADS also has the best corrosion resistance compared to any of the...
  9. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

Hey there. Thanks for chiming in. There’s no Diode Dynamics fog/wide non SAE option to compare with the SAE fog. We had to compare the SS3 Pro SAE fog to a Squadron Pro wide cornering (non SAE), which we felt was the closest comparison for SAE vs non SAE. There was much more front and peripheral...
  10. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

You can increase the power and the output will increase, however compared to a regular non SAE light, they will never be as bright. You can compare a DD SAE max to a regular SS3 max and see it for yourself, SAE is very limiting
  11. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

We provide new hardware because they are countersunk into the brackets, and the S1 bolts did not fit flush.
  12. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

The S1s are not available in SAE so they are technically not road legal, but who’s really checking šŸ˜† SAE pods are also severely limiting in light output too, FWIW.
  13. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

There is no backlit option on the S1s. The screw heads come in a stainless finish. The reason for that is the black oxide hardware is prone to getting messed up during install, then rusting. Same reason we switched to stainless hardware on our tailgate reinforcement.
  14. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

I understand, Baja designs makes arguably the best off-road lights out there. With quality comes cost and we priced this kit very competitively.
  15. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

The lights retain their water resistance even with changing the bezel because the gasket is under the lens, not the bezel. Because the bracket is an exact fit with the same torque specs, it achieves the same effect as the bezel. There was no need to retest, as it is effectively the same as...
  16. Product Announcement: Hammer Built Flush Fit Fog Light Kit

Using Baja Designs S1s, our goal was to create the ultimate fog light kit for modular bumper. Our flush fit design replaces the bezel on the S1s and our bracket becomes the new bezel to create a true flush fit design. Looks aren’t everything though, we wanted our kit provide the best...

  19. New Rancho 3" lift & level suspension kit system for the Bronco

we have been looking for a solid option for those non Sasquatch broncos looking for a light-moderate trail setup. I remember back in 2001-2005 rancho was the king of lifts and offroad suspension, and even came factory on fords offroad ready FX4 packages! very excited to see a solid setup for...
  20. Hammer Built - Built to Hammer On: Modular Tailgate Reinforcement System

hey guys! we tested a few different black hardware and the problem is the tools scratch the coating ever so slightly over the they show signs of rust.. We have seen some have good luck coating the stainless hardware we provide with a black paint pen after its been torqued down...
