I think the stock bump stop is conservative. Some cut them off for rock crawl, and aftermarket progressive springs require them to be cut down as well.
Icon length specs here. I don't know the spring rate.

I probably wouldn't bother replacing the seal if the CV end was still snap-ringed in the diff and there isn't signs of wear or leaking. Perhaps more risk of leaking after DIY seal install without the Ford tool than leaving the original seal in a low miles truck.
Bronco coilover replacement is all about protecting the CV...
The end play is probably normal, but it sounds like they bent the CV joint too far during install and messed up the CV joint (Ford spec is 18 degrees max). This is a common problem when coilovers are replaced without dropping the...
Engine should not be running. If it isn't finding all the modules, be sure to answer "no" when connecting and it asks if you want to use the stored vehicle configuration so that it rescans for the modules. With the cable you have, you will also need to toggle the high/low switch exactly as the...
Do you have any offroad lights? It looks like a typical offroad lighting relay feeding 2 power/ground pairs (maybe left/right lights). Of course, this would be 100% the wrong way to do it for a LUX Bronco.
Search forum for "window reset" for reset procedure (roll window down and up, holding button for 5sec too long each way).
There is also a software update for the driver door module and passenger door module that could be worth trying (dealer or someone with FDRS tool can easily update the...
Still unsupported as of today (v2.962). It only updates the PCM and DLCM. The DLCM is updated even for the stock FDU. When the procal firmware is updated, it is unlocked from the VIN.
The WACM software update on MY22 didn't seem to make any difference for iPhone 14 pro. The phone will charge fine when centered on the pad, but spotty if not centered. I also updated the software for passenger and driver doors, the instrument panel, and chassis. I had previously updated the...
The unfilled bolt holes are normal. Probably just dropped parts.
I found a 1" jagged piece of hard clear plastic from inside the engine on my first oil drain...
You should be able to fix that with an alignment. Aftermarket UCAs alter the caster/camber adjustment range, but shouldn't impact steering after adjustment. The caster, camber, and toe should be adjusted to match the factory spec for sasquatch.
Factory Bilstein is 415 in/lb, so 550 will have less typical wheel travel.
Only if max droop is the same as stock. With longer coilovers (Fox, King, Icon), the increased droop on one side will prevent full tuck on the other when swaybar connected.
Even if you answer no and have the stock M190/M210 FDU, the latest ProCal4 forcibly updates the DLCM (driveline) module software anyway. That's why you see the DLCM "tune" loaded.
Glad to hear they are working well for you. It is definitely a difficult problem to provide consistent ride height with a progressive spring.
A few people have complained that in daily driving the suspension tops out on bumps and hard acceleration, but I assume that is for lighter Broncos that...
I have used eibach springs on my raptor with live valve shocks, but would not recommend them for a sasquatch or badlands bronco.
The problem with spring-only lift is that the sasquatch or badlands bilstein coilovers will no longer work as intended.
The bilsteins have 3 fixed dampening zones...
