I installed the new controllers a few days ago. The original controllers were over 130mA. With the new controllers, it dropped to 33mA. Still high, but much better. The new controllers are black (original white). The controller behavior is also slightly different and doesn't seem to cycle the...
Yeah, the older RSE steps have a big problem with battery drain. It will drain the battery in a week or so. I can't remember how many mA's I measured, but it was too high. They have fixed the problem, so contact RSE support to ask about a controller swap.
Update 10/2023: RSE has fixed the battery drain problem and their steps now have a low power sleep mode. Contact RSE support to request an updated controller for older steps if you have battery drain issues.
Read earlier in the thread for details and discussion, but you will need to remove the passenger taillight to access the factory adjustment bracket/bolts and center the tailgate. Note that you have to remove the IAG hinge to remove the taillight...
RC and Broncbuster may not be considering that the UCA clearance at full droop is impacted by the alignment at the increased ride height. The coil position at full droop will be different as well due to the preload. So probably only option is to find UCA known to work at SAS+4" ride height with...
I am pretty sure DV8 and ADD are competitors... with different but similar brackets.
"Blocked" almost certainly means that you don't have it aligned. The plastic grill won't block the signal. The alignment is critical with very little margin for error.
Horizontal needs to be within +/- 3...
Re-enable ACC and braking in menu. The sensor alignment is critical. The error will continue to be reported if the sensor is incorrectly aligned.
It needs to be within +/-3degrees horizontal (forscan can check horizontal alignment using "calibration", but use that as last resort because high...
Confirm that your coilover was reassembled to spec after installing perch collar (tophat/spring/perch rotation correct as marked before disassembly, or per bronco shop manual). Also confirm that RC spacer is correct orientation (if sloped). If you change UCA, you will need to have alignment...
If you are referring to the IAG X-Brace tailgate reinforcement, then I am happy with it. There were some initial clearance problems with sasquatch wheel on sasquatch broncos, but they have resolved the problem (now sell specific kit for non-sas vs sas). For install, you may need to remove the...
I installed the sasquatch spacer fix kit. It works fine. There is just barely clearance between the KM3 37" tire and brace, which is perfect.
A few notes:
There were no instructions and the parts don't match the sasquatch-specific brace instructions. There is supposed to be 2 thick spacers and...
Check the adjustment cams on the lower control arms on your bronco. It they are near the center of the adjustment range, then there is probably enough adjustment range left using the stock UCA. This varies for each bronco. If on the other hand they are closer to outer limit of adjustment range...
Ordered online and not sure if they would accept hoss2 core, but mostly wanted to keep it for a while in case there was issue with hoss3. Been sitting in my garage since last year, so need to get rid of it.
Used steering rack from 2022 Badlands Sasquatch Lux with 901 miles. BroncBuster bushing is installed. Full rack with tie rods. No known problems (removed to install hoss3 rack), but at this price it is "as is". Stainless tie rod sleeves included.
$250 plus UPS shipping from 83616 (paypal rate...
Only pulls when front wheels powered. In 2H the behavior would be tire wear or drift. It could also be other drivetrain or brake issue, but less common so best to check alignment first.
The inner rods are the same part. The outers are different. Most people have only spare inner, since it is the part that bends/breaks.
Hoss 2. Wildtrak hoss 3 rods also fit (must replace inner, outer, and nut), but the boot is not an exact fit. Both can bend at the same time in some cases.
