I've been trying to deep-dive on some of the electrics of the Bronco, and figured it was time to ask instead of driving myself (more) nuts about it. My manual BL has an open spot on the left side of the hero buttons since I don't have trail turn assist. To me, that seems like it'd be the perfect...
A quick thought about this...does Ford produce bumper sensors in different colors? That's be an important detail, since otherwise the black sensors would look terrible
The point is they put time, money, and resources into TWO hardtops instead of just making one good one. I'd bet $5 the Heritage gets the fancier top because they finally figured out how to build it without the beancounters, or the margin hit some magical percentage point for the more premium...
The Mod top should have been standard, the removable windows sounds excellent and it sure seems like that was the original plan. Why do OEMs divide their resources like that instead of just making one good part and being done with it? Penny wise, dollar foolish
I've thought about color-matching the bumpers to the carbonized Everglades wheels (if/when I get them), or maybe match the beadlock rings to the bumpers in a nice satin silver. I think it could work, but there is a good chance it'd be heinous unless it was done just right.
I want it to connect, or disconnect, based on if I click a touchscreen icon. I hadn't thought of the aggressive developer mode, but that's an idea.
I don't hate AA, I just wish I was able to be treated optional instead of always-on or completely ignored. I like YouTube Music a lot, but...
I'm 95% sure the answer is no, but the whole experience always kind of gets on my nerves and hoped to get a straight answer. I'm really tired of it auto-starting, but I also use it enough that I like the idea that it's at least an option to have it easily available. As of now, it seems like the...
My only comments are 1) See if ForScan can turn that stuff off, or at least provide a menu option (if that's not already there), and 2) I don't like that its a screen, but its still a better cluster.
Well, in a nice turn of events, the back-order got beat within a week and I've got my BL back home! It is quieter as far as I can tell, and the shifting is somehow even smoother, I'm talking Teflon on glass. I have the D revision syncro, and ended up getting the revised C version of the slave...
There is a factory air-oil separator as part of the PCV oil breather plate on the engine block, behind the throttle body. There is an add-on for the block breather as well, but its made for the Mustang and is the same thing with different hoses: https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6766-A23...
I'd love this, especially if someone figures out how to swap the setup.
That's actually a catch can, since you can remove the lower portion to empty it out. I do agree about an AOS, I have a catch can on my TT and it does collect fluid but not much, and plenty of Subaru guys like the IAG. I...
I'd be interested in a set of the upcoming batch, can you DM me? Also, is there any chance you could do batches in different colors? I'd love a set in Badlands orange for easy visibility.
Chili Pepper is awesome because it isn't just red, its red with a copper pearl clearcoat that gets dark at night, shines a mile deep in the sun, and gives off a hundred colors in the morning or evening. It's like the red version of Eruption, but better. For me its...
