  1. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

I understand now - when I got my 7/14/20 res, I built a WT. I guess they use that regardless of what you ordered. WT is $695
  2. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

Yeah - the cert was supposed to be for $800+ for MY21 to MY22 according to Ford documentation. It is $695. Not complaining, just weird
  3. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

Got the info I needed - much appreciated. Only thing here is that the certificate was for a lower amount than what was communicated. I was in a rush and didn't ask why. I might later on.
  4. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

Ahh, nevermind. You are answering a question I didn't ask. I know about the mechanics of the price protection.
  5. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

I qualify for the price protections. Who at Ford? I'd rather not bring up price again with the dealer until delivery. I have a signed agreement and an assurance that I will get it at MSRP. I'd like to have cert info in hand when we close the deal. Appreciate the guidance
  6. Dealer Not Honoring Order Pricing

From where at Ford did you get a cert #? I got customer service on chat and was told they don't have access to that info
  7. Price Protection

Do you know if it was in the Smart Vincent platform that has been mentioned or some other? The reason I ask is that I called about something else before related to that system and the rep didn't know what I was talking about
  8. Price Protection

How did you find the $975 certificate?
  9. Dealer asked me today if I wanted to swap my order for a base unit.......am I crazy for saying nope?

I don't think so, but it brings up a thought I've had. That being, has anyone at the time of delivery had the dealer have a Bronco on the lot that they ended up liking more than the one he/she ordered (say a 2 door vs a 4 door) and worked out a swap before purchase.
  10. Dealer asked me today if I wanted to swap my order for a base unit.......am I crazy for saying nope?

I'm kind of wishing I'd done this and not removed the MIC, although there are arguments for the soft top depending on where you live, IMO. If I'd have kept the MIC an tow, I'm sure I'd have gotten a build date by now regardless, but who knows. I could have waited a few more months....I let the...
  11. 🛠 4/25/22 Build Week Group

Got my built email this morning. Expected delivery between 5/12 and 5/19.
  12. As follow up to the buyer's remorse post - Anybody's wife/husband balking at you getting your Bronco as delivery approaches?

Same vehicle should be delivered for me in a few weeks. What do you mean a decent check? How did that work?
  13. As follow up to the buyer's remorse post - Anybody's wife/husband balking at you getting your Bronco as delivery approaches?

Lol - like everyone else, she questions why I'm always looking at something Bronco related. My guess is when it's delivered and we see it and drive it, she'll be sold. We did go to the Bronco drive event here in Georgia a month or so ago. She was impressed by it no doubt.
  14. As follow up to the buyer's remorse post - Anybody's wife/husband balking at you getting your Bronco as delivery approaches?

My wife was all onboard and even gave me a nudge to get me to order - now she's waffling a bit as delivery approaches due to the $$. I have the money to pay cash - her argument is that we can use it for something else. I realize she's going through the process that a lot go through when big...
  15. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

I highly doubt there are many (if at all) that don't like the vehicle. I can see the remorse being of a financial nature, perhaps he/she determined the vehicle, while awesome, doesn't fit his/her lifestyle - you'd hope that wouldn't happen with all the time we've had to think about it. But...
