  1. When Is The Hybrid Bronco Supposed To Arrive

I've never understood the appeal of an off-road purposed SUV that is electrified. The technology just isn't there to provide all the power that would be used in an off-road setting without needing to recharge. Idling for 30-45 minutes out on the trail waiting for others to run the obstacle you...
  2. Disconcerting video - Broken GOAT mode during off roading?

I honestly have no idea why this guy turned on any GOAT modes to begin with. There was absolutely zero terrain here that would have justified a terrain software adjustment, a locker, or even 4WD for that matter (understanding that sometimes cameras don't do things any justice, this was not hard...
  3. 5/28 Bronco Production Update E-mail & Dealer Insight FAQ 📬

It's been a while since I've posted here but I'm now kind of glad I cancelled my order when I did. I would have had to wait 1.5, 2, or possibly even 3 years before I would have had my Bronco at this rate. What I am so sick of hearing at this point is, "It is COVID's fault." (meant to be read in...
  4. Off-Roading with your brand spanking new Bronco?

Lol well we'd love to have some of our northern neighbors down here to visit. Hopefully COVID will cause our off-road enthusiast groups to grow, just not too much so that the waits on trails aren't horrible.
  5. Off-Roading with your brand spanking new Bronco?

You clearly haven't been to Flat Nasty or to SMORR in Missouri. You don't have to travel 3+ states to get to fun offroad areas. There are some places here in southern MO that can give the Rubicon and MOAB a run for their money. https://www.facebook.com/flatnastyoffroadpark/...
  6. Front sway bar delete

Oh definitely, I would agree if he was going to be running a 4+ inch lift on his Bronco, but he did not mention whether or not he would be running a drastically lifted setup on his OP. I just wouldn't recommend removing the swaybar on a stock suspension truck due to safety concerns on-road.
  7. Front sway bar delete

The disconnecting part is just as easy with IFS and I would say reconnecting is just as much annoying with IFS as with LFA. As you probably know, the hard part is getting everything to line up to get the pins back in. You will want to be on completely level ground to make it as easy as possible...
  8. Front sway bar delete

You are greatly increasing your risk of a rollover in an onroad situation. What happens if you have to make sharp corrections due to wildlife or somebody coming over a hill on your side of the road? You would be better off installing a manual universal swaybar disconnect on your Bronco if you...
  9. 33" BFG KO2 vs Goodyear MT 33" vs Goodyear MT 35" -- tire weight & specs

I don't know about everyone else's opinion but it seems like Ford really cheaped-out on the tires besides the KO2's, which still definitely aren't my number one pick. The least Ford could have done is allow better tire choices. I mean, this is a Bronco. All-seasons shouldn't have even been an...
  10. 2 door and 4 door Badlands walk around videos @ Super Cel East

Has anyone ever been able to see or figure out if the Bronco has the lower child carseat anchors on the 2 or 4-Door? Not the tether on the back of the seat but the actual anchor tethers like these:
  11. 👣 First Look at Sasquatch Badge for Base Bronco!

And once again the Base comes out on top. The other "higher" trims that just say "Trim Sasquatch" looks dumb.
  12. DV8 Front Bumper w/ Recessed Winch Previewed on Green 2021 Bronco

I've got an unseen wench. She's out in the backyard beating the dirt off the rugs, lol. JK
  13. 99 Broncos were built at MAP last month

Lol, maybe if they'd stop crushing all the dang semiconductors and chips in their test vehicles, they may not have a shortage. We've seen tons of these test vehicles and concepts produced over the past year. I can't imagine everything they've wasted. When times are hard, you get rid of nothing...
  14. Bronco engineered to beat Wrangler's VCI (traversing soft terrain) according to member on Wranglerforums

And that sir, is a travesty. They could have just made a hybrid 5.0 Coyote to put in the Bronco, lol.
  15. Bronco engineered to beat Wrangler's VCI (traversing soft terrain) according to member on Wranglerforums

The result is that both the Bronco and Bronco Sport were set to exceed competitive Jeep models (Renegade/Compass & Wrangler). They accomplished that with the Bronco Sport and claim to have done it with the Wrangler. The way they worded the second sentence seems to imply that the Sport not...
  16. Bronco engineered to beat Wrangler's VCI (traversing soft terrain) according to member on Wranglerforums

Did I just read that correctly that Ford is claiming that even the Bronco Sport outperforms the Wrangler. That is some serious talk there, Ford!?!?!?!?
  17. F-150 Production Cut Due to Chip Shortage (will it also apply to the 6G?)

Hey Ford, This is what planning looks like. You've had over a year now to foresee the probable supply chain shortages due to the pandemic and to plan accordingly, and now you're suffering due to your lack of planning. Take some wisdom from Toyota. Here's a link to the news story on Toyota from...
  18. Watch live now: stock Bronco First Edition running qualifying circuit at King of Hammers (KOH)

All of what you just listed to add to even a 10+ year old Jeep would cost well more than $15k. And why would someone take the chance buying a used lifted Jeep when it was possibly beat to hell by the previous owner? Add to that the horrible reliability of Jeep. Plus, we clearly have different...
